Welcome to my Imaginary Gardens,
where my work begins with the body, but it doesn’t end there. It extends into soil, cities, nervous systems, communities, and the wider ecology of living systems we are all entangled in.

I am Eleni and I’m an artist, architect, and coach/facilitator — not for the prestige of those titles, but for the way they allow me to think, move, and act in the world. I approach life as a co-creator, as someone attuned to interdependence, with a deep trust in embodied intelligence and its capacity to rewire not only our choices, but our collective futures.

The roots of my coaching lie in deep ecology, movement improvisation, and ancient relational philosophies like that of the Epicurean Garden — a place where thinking happened through walking, sensing, and being with others in nature.
Over the years, my artistic work brought me into contact with hybrid, imaginary flower forms — symbolic of interspecies life, which science now confirms: all living beings are mixtures, not separate identities. That realization changed everything.

Today, I see coaching as a political, ecological, and deeply personal act. To guide someone into alignment with their own rhythms is to help them rewild from within. And rewilding, like gardening, begins small: with one breath, one choice, one moment of truth-telling.

I won’t hand you answers. But I may ask the kind of question whose answer you’ll never forget.
